Who is The Flour Shop?
Hi - I'm Mandi, and it's so nice to meet you!
I was born and raised in Minot, and am still located here today. My dream growing up was always to open a bakery, and that hasn't changed a bit! I started this business February 2023, but I have been baking for as long as I can remember. I currently run The Flour Shop as part-time hours, as I work full-time at a local bank in Minot.
Where are you located?
I currently do not have a storefront. This is a cottage-law ran business that is run out of my home.
How far in advance should I order?
As soon as you can! There are rare occasions an exception can be made, but orders with less than 48 hour notice may not be accepted.
Can you deliver outside of Minot?
You bet! If this is for a custom order, deliveries can be made to:
Burlington, Sawyer, Bismarck, and surrounding areas.
I see something I like, but I have a food allergy.
Almost ALL of our items can be altered to be gluten free, egg free, dye free, or even dairy free! Please contact me to discuss what you would like to order, and we will get it taken care of!
How can I order?
You can order through the online order system, by sending a message on Facebook/Instagram, or filling out the "Contact Us" form.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, card, and Apple Pay are all accepted!
What Size Cake Should I Order?
The age old question: is the cake I ordered going to be enough to serve everyone? We sit and scratch our heads, hoping we have done the math right, all until the day comes where we slice up our lovely cake. Well fear no longer, because I am here to help!

Note: these are based off of 4" cakes. Need to feed more people than this? Add an extra layer and double the fun!
